It’s a very simple process that doesn’t involve any hard sell sales people.
Contact us either by phone or email in order for us to arrange site visits with you to determine your requirements and discuss & explore the possible options that are open to you, some of which you might not have considered - Remember aquariums are no longer just square or rectangular glass boxes!
Upon reaching a decision we can provide you with an estimate for your chosen option complete with a draft floor plan. Should you then decide to proceed with the project we would construct a detailed proposal, which would require acceptance and ‘sign-off’ by you / your company before we proceed with the installation.
Upon completion of the installation we would require you to confirm that you are satisfied with the aquarium and hope that you would provide us with a testimonial and allow us the opportunity to use your location as a reference site.
We will tailor our advice to your specific aquarium needs and current understanding, thus ensuring clear & understandable levels of communication.
