They will arrange a site visit to discuss the project with you and establish the key requirements for the aquarium, upon completion of which, they will produce a list of possible options supported by draft schematic sketches and estimated costs to ensure clear understanding of each potential option, thus allowing you the opportunity to make an informed choice. After you, the client, has indicated a preference for one of the possible options our consultant will construct a detailed proposal around the installation which will require a ‘sign-off’ by you before any work would be initiated or cost incurred.
